Andrea,
Office Manager

Andrea has been with our oral surgery office since 2010, and she has over 20 years of dental experience. She’s thrilled that she gets to work alongside such skilled and passionate doctors as well as an excellent team, with each person doing everything they can to provide the highest level of care at each appointment. An Albuquerque native, when Andrea isn’t spending time with family, she really enjoys organizing, cleaning, and trying new wines.

Genevieve,
Oral Surgery Assistant

Genevieve brings nearly a decade of experience to our team, and she feels extremely fortunate that she gets to do what she loves every single day. She completed the Central New Mexico Community College dental assisting program and is DAANCE (dental anesthesia assistant national certification exam) certified. Originally from Albuquerque, she has been married for almost 20 years and has three beautiful girls. She likes doing most outdoor activities, and you’ll often find her painting and drawing as well.

Sarah,
Oral Surgery Assistant

Sarah has been with us for 33 years! To her, the best thing about her job is that every day is different, and she never knows what type of challenge she’s going to have. It’s always rewarding to overcome them and help a patient look and feel their absolute best. She is both DANB (dental assistant national board) and DAANCE certified. She and her husband, Delbert, have two children and two grandchildren. She loves taking care of her garden, baking, playing with her grandkids, and relaxing with her little dog, Frankie.

Christina,
Oral Surgery Assistant

Christina joined our team in 2009 and is a 25-year dental veteran. She is fascinated by the diversity of her job, both when it comes to the tasks she performs every day as well as the people she meets and helps treat. She really likes getting to know new patients and learning about their lives. She is DANB and DAANCE certified and also has her radiology license. Her favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with her son, and she also likes to sew and flip furniture, paint, and ride her Harley Davidson.

Christine,
Front Office

Christine came to us in 2020, and she has an impressive 30+ years of dental experience. The best thing about her job is being part of a truly great dental team that provides amazing service for our community. She was a certified dental assistant for decades before “retiring” and switching to the front desk. Life outside of the oral surgery office is mostly focused on family—she is the youngest of six and has a son, daughter-in-law, as well as a granddaughter on the way! Her hobbies include playing golf, going to movies, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with her fiancé.

Veronica,
Front Office

Veronica is the other half of our spectacular front desk team, and she has 30 years of experience in the dental field. She feels blessed to work in such a great place surrounded by fantastic people. She has three daughters and three grandchildren that take up most of her free time, and she likes to be outdoors and travel as much as possible. 

Sue,
Recovery Room Nurse

After our doctors finish a procedure and a patient is brought to our recovery room, the first friendly face they will likely see is Sue. She is a registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience, and her mission is to ensure that our patients are as comfortable as possible. A graduate of Meramac Community College and Maryville University, she and Dr. Gutierrez have been married for 30+ years, and they are the proud parents of a son and daughter who have given them four grandchildren. When she isn’t spending time with family, she stays busy by gardening, cooking, baking, biking, and golfing.
